I'm so completely frustrated when it comes to fitting the shape of my boobs, ugh! 
Tutti Rouge and CK was a huge disaster for me, I might end up listing them later. I'm really enjoying the aesthetic of the Parfait Charlotte bra but I hate tall cups/gores and I need narrow wires+projection. "Orange in a glass" seems to be a common symptom with my boobs. I'm contemplating on ordering some Freya Decos.
By the way, what are some good strapless, padded bras? ): The Ewa strapless looks really shallow at the bottom.

I found some success with Fantasie smoothing seamless. The band is a little tighter than most Fantasies. Normally I can't wear padded or strapless but that one works -- and I too need narrow wires and projection. The wires might be a little wide fro you, as they are for me, but they're narrower than anything else I've been able to try.
Just an FYI, the bottom of my deco buckles, I have orange in a glass problems too :(
