Never. I would NEVER.
I don't even comprehend how that's beneficial for large breasts. Sure, if it lifted my breasts where they should be without natural hang, I might wear it for an hour in a backless number, but never if I were to go out for something longer. It's still a lot of weight and I doubt it could hold all breast sizes up.
I don't even care that my bra shows in just about everything I wear. Obviously I wear a bra, so what does it matter?
Plus, the shape looks weird and it seems awfully uncomfortable :/ And, to be honest, in the black dress they show as example, a black bra would do the job just fine. It wouldn't even need to be strapless - a halterneck, with a narrower band at the back, black but made to look a bit more like it belongs to the dress would work. Or maybe with a transparent band at the back, or with a long band that wraps around the body, so that it's lower in the back.
