A quick question, how long is the norm to wait for a reply from Comexim? I emailed them a week ago now and have not heard back.

E-mail them again, and with Polish translation. Sometimes English language emails get stuck in their spam filter.
I sent my original inquiry on August 21, I resent the inquiry on August 30, then on September 2 I got a reply that she had to find out if there was anything they could do in my size. Still waiting for the next reply. Seems quite slow.
