I think I have the typical story of many of the people on here. I was wearing 34C's about one year ago (VS actually tried to tell me I was a 34 B). They of course never fit well, straps always fell down...Seemed to gap in the oddest places. Then a friend looked at me in a bathing suit and told me there was no way I was a C. I was refitted at a 32 D, which fit much better. Over the past year, I have been on the internet and tried various sizes. Latest is a 30 DDD/E, which fits the best of any bra I have had. I measure at a 28 underbust though
(36 bust) and so I am planning to try a 28 F next to see if it fits even better.
I've since been trying to pass on my newfound wisdom onto other people. Just recently taught my mother the "swop and scoop"!

I would try a 28FF next with those measurements. Your only an inch smaller then me in the bust measurement and I wear a 28G.
Have you tried 30's on? I have a 30 DDD/E and it seems to fit pretty well. I kinda figured I would go up one cup size if I went down in the band. I am quite petite, height-wise. I find that I don't seem to fill out the top of fuller cups. I don't seem to be shallow though. I wonder if this is common with short girls?
