PSA for Dutch/Belgian/German Bratabasers
I've just discovered a Dutch boutique (a "lingerieparty" planner technically) selling Cleo and Panache online. Their size range isn't huge, but they do sell 28D-FF (they use European sizing, so 60D-H, but your best bet is mailing for clarity), which is extremely rare for a Dutch webshop. They currently carry most of the AW13 range, including the Cleo Marcie Babydoll!
The prices are fair, though a bit more expensive than UK prices (but that's a given). I can't find it clearly, but returns seem to be accepted, the buyer has to pay for shipping. Shipping is free for the Netherlands, and €7,95 for Belgium and Germany (Free for orders above €75)

There's also LACE for free returns. They have a Dutch version, German version, and I think Danish version. The Dutch one is http://www.lace-lingerie.nl/
They carry the full size range for most brands, but not the full collection.
Ordered once from the Dutch site- returns are NOT free, I had to pay my own postage. They also don't carry full size range; most bras start from 30DD or E, a few from 28F. 28DD/E is barely offered; you can't search the size, but I could see 1 28DD, and 6 28E's. This may different from the German/English/French/etc site, but it's definitely the case for the Dutch site.
Plus, they only ship orders from €40+. Delivery is free though.
