Found a picture of a similar shape to mine? Classify it, and what works best with it?
I found this picture after googling boobies trying to find a similar shape to my own. Needless to say it was very difficult. This woman had plastic surgery but ended up with my shape. It say's something about it being tear drop shape in the link. The after picture is basically my shape, though I think I'm a bit bigger than she is (I wear 28F or E). Is there anything to add to this other than tear drop shaped and what bras should I try that work with it? I could describe all day but I figured finding a picture was the best way. I also find it odd that they are fake though as I have natural boobs that look like this.

I wouldn't call them "fake." Just FYI.
Anyway, they still look shallow in the after picture, but she has a fairly narrow root from what I can see, well as the fact that she would require tall wings (aka tall wires).
But they are implants? That's why they have before and after pictures, and the link say's implants. How are they not fake?
