I have been wearing panache 30gg for a year after measuring and fit checks on a FB group. I hate it. It feels so snug and the hooks are always pulling out. It's meant to be true to size. Want to order new bras soon but I'm not sure how many different sizes to try. Any advice?
I don't live near a bra shop, was going to order freya and a bravissimo bra to try.

If the hooks are pulling out, something is off--I've never had a hook pull out. Perhaps the band is too tight. Have you tried wearing new 30GGs with a band extender?
Yeah I did when I first had them but I think the extender is too big. Can't remember seems silly to buy a bra for £35+ and then use an extender. I've had that bra fod a year and it's still uncomfortable despite that they're meant to stretch Iver time.
It's funny because everyone on the FB group says the same about the hooks but blame the bras.
