One benefit to my weight gain
I've gained 15 lbs in the past couple years, so my band size went up. I went from a 28 to a 30 and now I fit a 32D/DD, so I can wear bras from major "mall" brands for the first time in my life. Hooray for being able to buy fairly cheap bras in store at Victoria's Secret instead of purchasing made-to-order bras from Poland.
However the disparity in the quality and comfort of the materials is noticable. I have Comexim bras that are about 12 years old and they still haven't fallen apart. I always take good care of my bras but I don't anticipate these VS bras will stand the test of time. Although they sure are pretty what with their vibrant colours and patterns, gore charms, velvet straps, eyelash lace, glitter embroidery, etc.

yeah, pre proper-bra-fitting journey (aka, my "bra odyssey") I usually went to V.S. years ago, there stuff was decent! I think their undies have taken a decline in quality.
