I bought a Rosme Grande bra from Amazon in a 48H which is my size.
Overall it fits well and gives a good lift however the straps are too short which pulls the back band up too high. The fabric has a rough texture but might smooth out after I wash it. As a mature lady 68, I like the uplift. These are much more expensive on ebay so Amazon is the place to buy it. o

Interesting, Rosme is a Latvian brand. I was planning to update info on them on the r/Polishbras wiki, but it's empty. I've not gotten around to talking about the brand Rosme.
