Why do my bras feel not supportive anymore?
Most bras I own give me neck pain after few hours of wear!
Some have my boobs sag down with wear and bands ride up a bit.
I swear I wear my correct size, If I wear my smaller sizes I just end up with quadboob.
Could bras be worn out and need to be replaced? Is it just bad quality? It's mostly bras I have had for less than 1 year, and I have a good rotation and might wore only my favorties once a week.

That’s a bummer. I wonder if they are starting to wear out. How do you launder your bras? Have they ever been in the dryer? I hear that really kills the elastic in the band.
Is it possible that you slouch throughout the day and that you need to do neck strengthening exercises? and it doesn't have to do with your bras? Or is it definitely your bras?
Do you ever go braless and not feel any neck pain?
Do you have a job where you sit forward (behind a computer) all day?
