A bra that fits calculator

I have never used this before as I have always worn near my correct size, I have used the boob or bust calculator though. I am a bit shocked at the varying sizes given! bob- 26J and abtf 30ff!!! I wear a 60L in Comexim or its uk equivialent of 28HH. I have a great fit in my Comexims even though the bands are only 26 inches at full stretch when new.
I think if my bra was several band sizes too small and my cup several cups to big, I would notice? Have I done something wrong? The same measurements are used in both calculators, or am I a strange anomoly??? anyone else had similar results?

  • I actually re-measured myself on bratabase and abrathatfits today - just tried the bob one too! My results were:

    Bratabase recommendations = 28F - 28FF - 28G - 30F - 30FF - 30G
    ABTF = 26FF/ G
    Boob or Bust = 26GG/H

    I tend to wear 28FF in Cleos and feel more supported in 26 (55) bands from Comexim. I'd say I'm probably a UK 26G (fit best in Comexim 55J for plunges and 55K for 3HC) so the calculators aren't wildly off for me.

  • I can't say for you in particular, but the way your breasts are shaped can sometimes throw off calculators too. I have pendulous, soft breast tissue with short roots that compresses a lot when put in a bra, so I have a big difference between my horizontal and laying breast perimeter (almost 4 inches!). I think this is part of why bratabase puts me at a 30K, which is 4 cup sizes bigger than my usual size :P.
