How often do you take your measurements?
As simple as that, I last did today, and before that it was 4 months ago. My boobs have grown =/ I don't like that. (Why? Because I've put on a little weight...)

I take them sort of on an as-needs basis. If I feel like my bras are fitting differently, I'll measure again. Or if I specifically want fit help with a new bra I've got or something.
For me, I've never known my boobs to get smaller. They haven't figured that bit out yet. :/
Everytime I notice that my current bras don't fit right and that this has been a problem for a week or two (to rule out hormonal changes) I measure.
