Dress (I hope this is allowed)

So, I super splurged and ordered this dress for a black tie wedding that was cancelled due to covid. Sadly, I lost a bit of weight and now the dress is too big. I ordered it for the measurements of a 36.5" bust and 26" waist with a full circle skirt. It's knee length for someone who is 5'3-5'5. The dress has adjustable straps and POCKETS!
This dress has never been worn and they didn't attach tags. I'm asking $30 + shipping, but I'm open to offers. I would also exchange it for a bra that might fit me. I will also offer a pay it forward option at my discretion on the buyer’s circumstances.
Measurements (taken laying flat then doubled):
Waist: 28" unstretched 30" stretched
Bust: 36" unstretched 38" stretched
