Faulty bra :(

I recently got into Elomi Plunge bras and found some (Matilda, Charley, Lucie) that work somewhat for me. I saw this older style 32JJ - Elomi » Rosalind Plunge Bra (EL4400) on ebay. It's so gorgeous and I knew I would like it as I had tried it before but the size wasn't right then. So I see it, I buy it.
It arrived and I tried it on and gore wouldn't tack...

I thought, okay - have to adjust by boobs, swoop and scoop properly, make straps the right lenght and all.
But I had a hard time to adjust boobs properly it felt was so shallow near the gore and on the front.
And I was like where is the room? That's not how I remember it.

I took few pics and then noticed that the wires are extremely wide almost on my back.
I thought, okay this is an older model and Elomi is usually quite wide but not that wide?
And then I lay matilda over it... and it was narrower!

And I was like the bra is so gorgeous it has to work, I adjust straps again, I swoop and scoop again but it felt awkward. Gore would not tack at all.

So I put it off and looked at it. I was shocked. The bra is faulty! One wire is much wider than the other!!!
The one wire measures 18cm cup width the other 23cm! Look: http://bra.pe/IrjA/ vs. http://bra.pe/IrjB/!
I'm so mad as I really loved this style of bra and was happy to find one left in my size on ebay. Now I have to return it.

  • That’s terrible! Would it be possible to swap out the wires? It’s really not hard at all. I’ve done it several times.

  • I paid too much to buy additional wires ugh. It wasn't labeled as faulty. I was new with tags but it should have been cleared out by manufactorer quality control.
