Ewa Michalak fit help

Ewa Michalak calculator puts me in an 80DD. But I'm wearing a 34FF today, which fits perfectly. Are EM bras oddly labeled, or should I ignore the calculator and go with what my usual cup is?

  • The EM calculator is a little tricky. Personally, I get the right band-cup combination from it (which is about also what I normally wear in other brands), but lots of people here don't and take their usual size. I'd check out the measurements on bras in the database here to get a general idea of what size you need. Good luck!

  • If you read the text below the calculator, you'll see that it suggests that you may possibly want to go up a couple of cups sizes from what the calculator suggests due to your breast shape/fullness. This could make up for the calculator giving you a smaller cup size than you normally take.

Also, take into account the bra(s) you normally wear -- if they are known for running large/small, that could affect your perception of the size the calculator gives you.

EM bands have a tendency to run tighter more often than loose (especially in the Pl style, but inconsistencies can be found all over, just like many other brands.) They do usually have 4 rows of hooks instead of the typical 3, so that's nice.
