Hi all. I’m looking for a sports bra with cups. Not the nike compression type that just smushes your boobs around, flattening your chest.
Here’s some things i look out for
-Racerback
-Soft wire/metal wire
-actual cups (separated boobs)
-looks good under clothing. Preferably no seams. I don’t mind moulded bras. I’m quite uncomfortable with wearing bras which show through thin clothing, giving a bumpy-ish look.
-I would like something lined or padded
-I need something in a small band, 28-30
-I like those with hook and eye closure, j hook etc. I find that tight enough bands can’t really be pulled over the head and shoulders.
-I have rather small breasts, and would like them to look enhanced, or at least not flatter than I actually am. Kinda scared of being poked fun at for being small breasted.
- I typically wear a 28DD/30D in Gossard , 30F-G for japanese brands. Marks And Spencer 28E, 30DD/E

Do let me know what your recommendations are! Thank you!

  • I have had good luck with the underwire version from Panache Sport. The seams are flat enough I regularly wear it as a t-shirt bra. I get a nice shape in it and I have not had any problem with nipples showing through. Band is snug, cups may be a little generous if you are very full on bottom.

  • I second the Panache sports bra, and also recommend the Chantelle sports bra. Very similar cut, runs a little tighter, cups a little shorter than panache. Also has an adjustable J-hook vs panache's fixed J-hook.

Both are boob armor, encapsulating rather than compressing. They look good under tshirts and dress shirts as they keep a boob shape. They are both designed for high impact.
