Emergency bra order fail

My bras feel so unsupportive lately, I get constant neck and shoulder pain. My bra bands are too loose and wear all on thightest setting.
I'm wearing my BM Malachit today and after 2 hours it already hurts me shoulders so bad. The bra does not even look too big??? The band is tight on this one. I don't understand but I have to take it off.
I found out through bra calculators that my current size would be 32H-HH-J. I actually own a few 32Js that feel too big.

Since orders from UK / Poland take forever to get here I decided to order from Zalando. So I get those bras quick. They only carry a few brands, so either Fantasie or Curvy Kate had to do. I got 32HH - Curvy Kate » Victory Balcony (9001) and 32HH - Fantasie » Fantasie Illusion Side Support Bra (FL2982). (I know that Victory would not really work, but the selection in my size is really small. I just wished to have a bra that is supportive enough to get me through 2-3 weeks until I can get new bras.

The Fantasie bra is *shocking* too big and does not support my boobs very well. I'm also going through PMS right now, so my boobs are usually 1/2 cup larger than normal. I think about doing a fit request I cannot understand why. Or that colorway just runs really big??? Few weeks ago I tried 32J and it wasn't so huge.

The Curvy Kate is actually kinda supportive but the fit issues... a shallow bra fights against not shallow boobs...
I think about keeping it just to have something. Both bras were heavily discounted on black friday sales. I'm gonna add bra info and stuff later. I just had to rant a bit. *hides*

  • Does wearing any of your new bras relieved pain? Does going braless help?
Maybe your bras are perfectly fine, and pain is caused by something else...

  • For your BM, are the straps too tight? That’s something that could be going on if the cups are too large. My neck pain is caused almost exclusively by my pillow and by over tightening of straps to keep them on my shoulders.
