Any suggestions in how these sizes run?
As you can see I am generally 28DD.
A few shops have a sale and I'm considering trying the following bras
Parfait Charlotte
Freya Muse
Cleo Lucy
My best fitting bra is a 28DD debenhams balcony. I need a narrow gore and fairly narrow wires. I've previously tried the Freya Starlet plunge balcony in a 28D but it was massive in the cup.
Should I maybe downsize to 28D?

When I'm on the fence like that I go to the bras and use the "compare this bra" feature and add each bra I want to compare. You can add up to 5 or 6 bras I think, so you can compare 28D and 28DD in all bras you're interested in. The only trouble with this is that you cannot compare it if there is no data on the bra. But you should at least be able to do this for Charlotte and Lucy as there's lots of data on those two.
Given your measurements, I can't see how any of those three bras would be a good get. Keep looking and do not settle!
