in cup quadding...

Do you guys ever experience in cup quadding in one bra, but not the other, when both bras are the same brand, the same model and the same size?

I currently have a curious case of in cup quadding in my beige Cleo Marcie, but this never happens in other colour ways I own. It is as if there is too much pull on the part where the horizontal seam connects with the strap; like the strap is causing the seam to be pulled tight while the lace just above the seam it is too spacious. I tried loosening the straps, but it keeps happening. It's a shame, because I need a beige bra and this is the only one I have, but it gives me such a strange profile.

  • I have the same issue with my burgundy Marcie in 28F, but not my periwinkle Marcie in 30E (tailored to fit 28F). I also have this issue with my OG Ewa Michalak BM Bibi Beżowa Perła in 60FF, but not my new one (although I do think that the fit was changed slightly in between the manufacturing of both mine, because my OG is from like, 2016, and my new one is from 2019). With my EM, I think I get in-cup quadding with my OG because the horizontal seam sits slightly lower on my breasts, closer to my areola. But with Marcie, I think it's just how the upper lace is sewed together with the lower sections.

  • I have in-cup quadding with my beige Cleo Marcie too, though I don't own it in any other colors because it doesn't really do much for me. Maybe this is just a feature of the beige Marcie?
