Ewa plunges

Aside from the 3DM, which is for small to medium busts, has Ewa ever made a plunge that wasn’t lined? Something for medium to large breasts maybe? Has the subject ever been brought up to/with her?

I absolutely adore the PL. I think I’m safe to say it’s my favourite and best fitting bra. It’s got enough immediate depth, narrow enough wires, low and narrow gore, and it is a great shape on me with some pretty decent cleavage. But...I don’t always want to wear a foam lined bra, especially when it’s hot outside. I would absolutely LOVE to have the same shape and support in a mesh or lace bra.

  • Not that I have seen or heard of. I can't recall if I asked specifically about unlined plunges, but I have asked many times about more unlined options in various ways with the "it's not happening" reply.

I can say though that in the larger cup ranges the gores are tall even in the padded plunge, so plunges aren't really plungey anymore, haha. The SM is the closest we'll find without the risk of center flop out. O.o

If a true plunge was created for the larger cup sizes it would come with problems for most of its wearers.

If it had stretch lace, you would risk center boob fallout, and the stretch lace would create an odd shape/distortions near the gore. A boob forced East West would be the ultimate.

Without stretch lace, there would most likely be quadding/cut in of the breast tissue even in the "correct" size due to the lower gore vs higher outer cup requirements and the resulting angle. This would get more women to size up in the cup (which Ewa hates) and a terrible fit that creates a domino effect of sizing down in the band to make up for the ill-fitting too large cup. And boob forced East West would still result. 😬

Add the lack of support such a cut would create, and you get a winning combination of everything that Ewa does *not* stand for. :-/

  • Great @MamaPagan ! Great explanation 🙏
It's not possible, really, to get the same look/effects from an unpadded bra as you get from a padded one. Not even for medium breasts. Not even for firm, self-supporting ones.
Semi-softs are the ideal middle ground. The padding is much thinner and the top section is unlined. Considering how soft your tissue is, @Calluna, I would continue my search for a semi-soft that fits. Why not order a Gorsenia Blue Tattoo or Forever Blue semi soft from other eden? Try 70F. If it doesn't fit, you can use PayPal and return to Ontario. Not expensive bras.
Other than that, Dalia has narrow wires and great projection of all I have tried. 65G should your size.
