Oct 31, 2012 - Bra Lift

" Low Riders or High Flyers?

Make sure your bra lifts your breasts to the right height by taking this little test: measure the distance from the top of your shoulder to the crook in your elbow. Find the midpoint. Your nipples should be parallel to this point, halfway between shoulder and elbow. If they are not, try shortening the straps a bit for that extra lift."

That means my nipples should be sitting at 5". Even more confirmation that I was wearing all my bras too low. I also took my overbust measurement again without a bra, pushing myself up to 5" from the shoulder with my arm. 36".

  • From what I've noticed - some girls are wearing bras too low because the band is too tighto fit under the bust and it slides down.

  • Mmmm I sit a little lower than this ideal probably for 2 reasons. My boobs are set kinda low anyway and I do not tighten my straps otherwise they chafe my armpit area too much.
