Bravangelize win

I just helped my sister in-law break the mind set she’s a 38DD because that’s what Victoria’s Secret said she was. Y’all, she’s about a 32G/H!!! It started out as a casual conversation on the topic after I mentioned how excited I was to find some gorgeous bras recently. She mentioned she had a hard time finding anything she liked in her “38DD”. This is when I looked her dead in the eyes and said there was no way that was her size. I offered to take her measurements and give her my thoughts. She was shocked when I measured her and pulled up some basic charts on sizing. It was the classic “but I can’t be a G or H, that’s HUGE!”. At this point I pulled my 32G’s from my maternity bin and what I had on hand and sure enough, they practically fit. She was amazed on how she instantly looked lifted. Needless to say we might just take a girls day out to bra shop for her “new size”.
High fives all around!

  • Yes!!! I managed to bravengelize my sister last summer, but only because I happened to have some bras that fit her that I could give to her, lol. I'm glad, though, because know she knows her real size and actually uses that when looking for bras and bikinis!
It feels great to finally get through to people, though, doesn't it?

  • @mandapandarawks It does. She mentioned she loved the bra I had on and that she wished bras like that looked good on her. Her mind was blown when I told her she would totally look good in it too and this is why fit is so important.
