I just received the Tutti Rouge Liliana Bra (TU100) in 28F. Some issues are pretty obvious. Although the bra is pretty and amazing ( i actually really love it). I realise that the wires are too wide, and it does not adjust well to my asymmetric boobs. Ut fits rather well on my larger breast but gaps slightly at my smaller boob. Should I try sizing down? Or just try a different model?

It's usually best to fit the larger breast.
For better fit advice you can upload photos in the Fitting Help section. That way we can see and really help you better.
I've looked at the measurements for this bra and the cups/wires are quite wide. In your size, the wires are about the same width as I look for in my cup size, which is 3 sizes bigger than yours.
You might try looking for bras known for having narrower wires.
As for assymetrical breasts, it is usually recommended to fit the larger breast...otherwise it will be squished.
