Comexim alteration requests help
How would I go about asking for increased depth at the wire in a Comexim custom order? I know I put alteration requests in the "leave a message" box at the bottom, but has anyone ever had success with asking for that particular customization? Does someone know how to say it in Polish so that they'll understand what I'm asking for? I'm so nervous to order from them again because I really want to get a great fit and the Basic Plunge doesn't have nearly enough immediate projection for me.
For reference, I'm ordering a 60J Tropical Garden bra and a 60K Ingrid. (They're discontinuing the Tropical Garden bra, so they only have 60J left in stock, no 60Ks.) I will be asking for cup height decreased by 2cm, straps moved in by 2cm, and (hypothetically) increased depth at the wire.

'increased depth at the wire' in Polish would be 'poproszę o zwiększenie głębokości miseczki przy fiszbinach' but I've never ordered from Comexim😁
The discontinued Tropical only has a 60J (& 2 other sizes) available which means it's an already made (returned) bra, so customizations wouldn't be doable. (Sorry)
I have ordered the deeper at the wire a few times and it was done BUT deeper at the wire also makes it deeper at the apex (all over deeper) so it may ultimately make it too big if you just need a bit more projection down low. When I ordered 1cm deeper at the wire I received 1" more space at the apex as well in comparison to the depth of my standard ones. Mind you depth increase at my range isn't standard so your apex increase shouldn't see as much of a difference at the apex, but still some. Think of it as a 60J and a half.
You can order any bra they offer in any size regardless if it's listed on the drop down menu, in case you didn't know. You just put in any size into the cart and write the needed size in the notes box. So if you like another model (that isn't on clearance) but it doesn't have the 60K you need, just write it in.
