Laying perimeter

Hey, how does everyone measure their laying perimeter?
The way I do it is I lay on my back, but sort of more on my side so all the breast tissue is sort of on top, rather than sagging off to the side (I find this way way overestimates the measurement=size overestimated), and then measure from outside, towards the inside.
I feel like this way it's also very easy to see where actual breast tissue ends on the sides.

So anyway, last time I was measuring, I got about 27.5cm laying perimeter, but when I just sort of let the breast hang off to the side, I get more than 30cm, which imho is way way too big and not at all accurate. I guess maybe it depends on tissue soft/firmness? Mine, being soft, stretches and is all over the place. It's super difficult seeing where it ends inside if let it hang, too :/

Anyway, was just wondering how others do it. Am I doing it wrong? Hmmmm....

  • I just lay on my back with my breasts sort of flopping off to the back and measure it that way, lol. I have soft tissue too, but I can still delineate where the breast tissue starts. It usually ends up being pretty close to my learning measurement, so I think it's somewhat accurate. I'm interested in trying your method though for comparisons. Do you measure the breast that is up in the air then (as opposed to the one against the ground)? The measurement I have a hard time with is the leaning measurement. I have a hard time telling where tissue starts on the sides/back. So if you have any cool tricks for that one I'm all ears!

This is how I do it, as opposed to how the btb instructions say to do it ( https://i.imgur.com/9mSwWOE.png )
