My friend who lives a few houses down from me, brought over to introduce me to her neice, who is pregnant with her first baby. She is in her early 20's and has large boobs. She tells me she wears a 34F size bra. Anyway the topic of nursing bras came up. She asked me what I recommended. I have never had a baby and don't know squat about nursing bras. So I decided to ask everyone here at Bratabase what they would recommend in a nursing bra. Anyone have any suggestions for her? Thanks in advance.

You need nursing bras typically 1-2 cup sizes larger than your normal size.
