Ewa WTF?!

Your order despatching has just been temporally put on hold. Unfortunately we do not have all required products in stock to send out to you.
Number of days expected to manufacture all required products is 14 counting from the day we receive the payment for the order."

Lovely! I wouldn't be nearly as surprised if I hadn't ordered from the drop down menu, which aparently means nothing anymore.
But what really shocked me was this:

"option: I request an invoice
(Remember, that if you choose an invoice, you will lose your right to return / exchange your order!)"

WHAT?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?
This cannot be a legitimate business!!!

Aaa you'll get a kick out of this.

  • I think the invoice thing has been a constant - I remember it from earlier. I agree it seems really strange, but I think it is a bad translation, because you do get a paper receipt even if you don't opt for that. The invoice is probably aimed at businesses who are reselling. I think it's a translation issue...And it looks like Dominik is still in charge of the email.

    I've been exploring other brands: Avocado, Ewa Bien, Melissa, Tutti Rouge... Sadly I'm having as much trouble ordering from Commexium as you seem to be having with Ewa Michalak.
