Comexim Error & Questions about Customer Service
Not only did they cram my cups in a tiny box, but I'm almost certain that Comexim raised my gore instead of lowered it. It's not wearable as is.
Anyone had any luck getting Comexim to do a redo? Did you have to fight for it? Another thing, it was delivered weeks ago, but I've been dealing with a health crisis beyond belief. I'm not sure if they would be less willing due to time passage. I'm basically wondering if it's worth my limited (Ha! Non-existent.) energy or if I'm just out the cash.

I got them to redo a bra by sending pictures of it to them. I had to email twice and offer the pictures myself. You could try that if it doesn’t seem like too much effort - maybe a picture with the measuring tape of the gore height on this bra, and a picture of another Comexim in the same style with a lowered or regular gore if you have it?
