Biu Biu experiences?
(Rather than adding to the message I originally posted, I inadvertently replaced it with my addition. Apologies if fixing it has slightly changed the wording)
So I placed orders three weeks ago (6/1) with both eshakti (most orders fulfilled and delivered in 1-21 days) and Biu Biu (whose website says they send orders out the business day after they receive payment). I got a message that my eshakti order was in the mail about four days ago, and the package a couple of days after that. In contrast, I got an email from Biu Biu on 6/2 acknowledging receipt of my order and payment. They listed it as 'in process' on their website (and still do). Nothing since. I have sent two messages in simple English via their onsite support feature over the past week and received no response. This morning I called the phone number on the website at 3pm Polish time... it rang and rang, and finally I heard a beep. No outgoing message.
Has anyone had similar problems with them, or placed a recent order and had it work out? They have a couple of things I really like, but I am getting frustrated.

I would be frustrated. Yikes. Hoping for the best!
I've seen several posts on their FB page in May and early June from people saying they've been sending emails with no response. A few have gotten responses. If you are on FB, perhaps post on their page and send a message.
