Today I'm wearing my Freya Just Flew In Longline bra. I've worn it several times before, and while I recognized that the cups are a bit small, today I cannot keep myself in them at all. At least twice an hour I find myself scooping my tissue in from the armpits, just like I did in the days when my bands usually wound up at the base of my neck. Last week I wore my Freya longline bra in 30D to a cocktail party. In the 30D the cups actually fit around my breasts, but I had to use body tape to keep my boobs in the sides! I thought I'd found the type of bra for "low cut" necklines (the Freya longline) but something has happened and they're not working. Is this a tissue migration issue? Now I don't know what to do for a low cut bra and in this hot weather I can't be wearing full cups all the time...

I say migration, mostly. Probably made worse by the band being more loose due to the migration.
