May 14, 2013. Ordering from Ewa Michalak, is this normal?
I sent back some items I ordered from EM. I sent the package as guaranteed and with the tracking number I checked the situation: it says the package was received May 8th .
So now it is 14th and I haven´t got any message from EM. I assumed they´d send an email when they receive the package, but obviously they don´t. Is it normal that they don´t email me at this point? Should I just wait, and how long? And should I be worried about my exchange order expiring from their pages (It´ s been 11 days now)??
Or should I contact them?

When I returned my parcel to EM it took about 14 days to receive an email that my payment was being refunded. I think at the same day they also sent me the message that my new order was on hold (so they would start working on the new bras from that day on).
^14 days!! Wow.
I guess I should´ve just made the new order in a regular way, no exchange orders. That way I would´ve already got the bra, it is (was) in stock... :(
