ThirdLove: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.. There Promo Code is a gimmick. I registered as a new customer because a friend sent me an email to get a $15 off Promo Code for my first purchase. After nearly 3 weeks of attempting to get ThirdLove's customer service department to assist me, I've decided that they just don't give a #@*^.

I've seen some chatter about getting in touch with them via email being impossible still, so you should either call or poke them on facebook/twitter for a faster response. Good luck.
Even if I eventually get the First Purchase discount, I will probably never buy anything from a company that has horrible customer service and false advertising.
