Is your exercising limited due to ill-fitting sports bras?

I'm asking this because I'm shying away from exercising simply because it hurts so much. I've tried the Panache Sport (5021) and it doesn't work for me, I've tried the Freya Active Underwire Sports (4392) and it doesn't work for me (it *could* work in a different size but I am hesitant that it will) and now I've also tried the Shock Absorber Active Multi Sports (4490) which does not work for me either. I won't go into details of why they don't work for me unless someone asks me (it would be a lengthy explanation and I feel like it's a waste of space if no-one is interested in why).

Anyway... Do you find that you exercise less than what you would've liked to because you are in pain in your current sports bras?

  • Yes! I've also read about your issues with the sports bra, and I'm really sorry you can't find one that works.
Now I rarely work out honestly, but the past few weeks I've started again. Previously, I did a lot of sports, but my boobs were really firm and I just wore an elastic sports "bra" (I was a 30DD) and had no problem.
Being a 32-30H now, I really needed a sports bra, but it wasn't until today I actually tried my panache sports for working out - what a huge difference! I absolutely and definitely feel more motivated to go to the gym, now that I have a proper sports bra.
(The reason why I hadn't used it for sports yet, is that I use it as my everyday bra, but I've bought a new panache sport + other bras that fit, so I've now retired my old one to an actual sports bra!)

  • I'm so jealous... I love football and I'm playing in the local football team so I really need a good sports bra.
