UGH! USPS Shipping Estimate vs Price
Just a rant...
Because Paypal doesn't have international options for their MultiOrder Shipping tool, I had to go through USPS. In doing the estimate for England, it told me the cost was ~$5. Ok, great! But then when I go through the site and order the shipping, IT IS $13. I don't understand!! I remember having this experience before, but it's frankly outrageous. I'm not shipping weights. It's an unlined bra. A $13 shipping fee is ridiculous.
Has anyone has this same experience with the USPS site/shipping tools? I wish Paypal would just let me do international shipping through their site. :/

I so wish they would it would make my life as an online seller way easier , the only international postage they have is express , priority and first class letter .. come on PayPal add the first class international package rate . They are very behind the times on the shipping programming it's been years since the padded priority flat rate has been around and still is not an option . Fyi I stopped using the multi order shipping about a year ago do to too many errors with it and I ship 5 / 10 packages a day .. done individually just to double check the amount is correct .
Usps shipping tool is pretty easy if you need help let me know . They just have you click a few pages instead of having it all on one . Worth doing on first class package for international .
