Apr 13, 2013 -- Just a different kind of boob sadness ...
Last night we decided I had given my almost 18-month-old his last little 'night cap' sip ... which means that I have officially stopped breastfeeding.
I know it is completely irrational, but can I just say how incredibly hard this is? And how incredibly sad I feel right now ... ?
It´s not just the 'separation thing', but also that it was breastfeeding that first made me truly love my breasts and value them enough to go on this quest for the 'right' bra, a bra that fits and flatters, comfortably and supportively. A bra, in other words, that is WORTHY of these little miracles that nurtured my biggest miracle of all during all those months.
I still haven't found that bra.
And now I'm no longer breastfeeding either.

Not irrational at all, I really hope you find a good bra and start to feel happier, you are amazing :)
