Ewa Customer Service Update:

So my order of bras that I had mentioned before is officially lost. At first I was frustrated that I wasn't getting any information, but I am happy to report that I got an email today that said the following:
"Hi,

We had problems with reclamation process and we are still fighting with it. I hope that in the end of that week we will know everything. Another thing is that we have sent exactly the same order/package to You."

Okay, first of all that is kind of adorable, and second of all, I am really impressed with this step up in their customer service. I just wanted to share this because I have been one of the people who was super bummed EM's customer service, and I want to make sure I report the good stuff as well.

    I hope that this time you'll receive the replacement, AND the supposedly lost package. :D

    It happened a couple of times to me, but for books. After waiting for X period, I e-mailed the publisher telling them I haven't received my books, so they replaced it. And lo and behold, a few days after I received the replacement, the *lost package* came! So I had two books of the same copy.

  • Thanks! That would be AMAZING. But I think that they will get them back, as they never even made it out of Poland apparently and I think they are trying to get them back from customs. :/ Sad! If the ones I get fit me, though, maybe they would sell me the first ones at a discount, since they are special orders and therefore wouldn't be listed for someone else to buy on the website... A girl can dream, right?
