Issue resolved
32d is the best fit in this bra although my abtf size varies from 30d to 30dd. There is a little extra room in 32d but not so much as to compromise the fit
Original problem
Not sure if this is the best fit or not, it feels ok but so does same bra in 32D and 30D, need help understanding fit

helpfulBoth this and the 32D look great on you. You just got to decide which one is more comfortable for you. But you should definitely keep one of them. Could you take a picture of the end of the wire underneath your armpit for both the 30DD and 32D, it will usually reveal fit issues: https://hugsforyourjugs.blogspot.com/2017/05/how-to-take-best-bra-fit-pictures-imgur.html?m=1
