Issue resolved
I think 32D has the best fit in Offbeat Side Support. I will close this out, but I am still really interested in bra suggestions for my shape and size. I chose this one from Abtf's shallow guide, after trying Natori Feathers (too shallow) and B tempt'd Ciao Bella ( gaping in multiple sizes). Offbeat was better than both of these.
Original problem
Cant decide between 32D and 30DD. I guess they are essentially the same. I did try 30D and had some quadding. Also this is my first bra in 3 part lace that fits, wondering if there would be better bras in this style for my shape.

helpfulIf there’s quadding on this one, I can barely see it. However, I just noticed that this is a 32D, not a 30D (I need to put my glasses on…)
I personally think the 30DD looks a little too large/projected on you. Like you said in your other fit request, you have a shallower shape. Have you considered sizing down to a 30D? I know that sounds counterintuitive because you say you have quadding with this one, but I’m wondering if this could possibly be a case of “bra too big” that makes it look small. Sometimes if the wires aren’t the right width/shape, it can cause it to slide down and cause the tops of your breasts to quad out, making it seem like the bra is too big.

The 30D looks like it is stretching the wires out causing the cup to become shallower and squishing/flattening your tissue down. I think the 32D looks like a much better fit.

helpfulSince 32D and 30DD are sister sizes, I'd just choose whichever you find more comfortable. This bra does run tighter in the band, so sizing up to a 32D wouldn't be unusual.
