The band is too tight. Can I use an extender? Is the gore too high for me?

helpfulThis looks too small in the cups for you, or too shallow. Maybe both. The gore shouldn't be sitting on any tissue at all or floating. It should be flat against the chest or "tacking." The underwires should sit under the breast tissue in your inframammary fold (IMF) where the tissue meets the chest wall. The photo of the front view looks like the gore is floating and the wires are not placed where they should be under the breasts.

Trying a bigger cup size might help the gore tack, it could be floating because you need more cup space. You could need a more narrow/overlapping gore if you are close set. Plunge can help, but you'll get more support and separation from a higher gore if you can find a style that works for you.
Thanks WildWolff. I put the bra back on and made sure to get the wires in the IMF. Definitely getting some quad boob now. Regarding the gore, most full coverage bras sit as shown. Is it too high or too thick? I'm thinking I need to try a plunge style or something else.
