Issue resolved
Will look at a smaller cup size and determine if I need to go down one more.
Original problem
Cups are definitely too big. I’ve lost weight this year and about 2” off my over bust. Trying to figure out if I need a smaller size or the same size with reduced cups and gore etc.

helpfulSo I'd say probably do both: size down *and* get alterations?
To me it looks 2 sizes too big right now, with the space / gaping in pictures.
So if you'd size down 1 size, I'd still get the alterations as well.If you plan to buy 2 sizes down, unaltered (Breakoutbras?) it might fit off the rack!
Of course this also depends on whether you lost the weight intentionally / plan to keep that off, or if it's stress related or something and you expect to gain some back!

Check, yeah then leave some room for fluctuations for sure!
Perhaps (if you end up doing alterations) cookie pockets could also help with any weight changes?

helpfulLooking at the pictures, it does look straight up too big for you but the cup depth and breast perimeter seem to match so, I think (just by looking at the pictures so, I could be wrong) that the half cups could suit your shape better and reduce the amount of fabric above the nipples. Even with reduced cups, I find the plunges quite tall but that's just what I've observed. Good luck!

I prefer the narrow and projected plunge to the 3hc mostly though.

Calluna probably size down and get the reduced cup alteration then. The cup depth will mostly be the same but the proportions will be better but you probably know that.

It was not intentional loss but I’m not sure if it’s stabilized now or if I am going to lose more bit gain more again (tweaking a migraine med might bring more back). I’ll see if I can get a smaller size with BoB first and then see if I need smaller or alterations.
