Bra fitting help » Too big, 28d??

Issue resolved
Returning the bra for the 28dd. Crossing my fingers, as I love the style of this bra.
Original problem
I love this bra. Maybe Freya is not the brand for me. Do you think the 28d would fit? I'm going to return this one. The band is a little big and the cups are definitely too loose.

helpfulContrary, it does look like Freya could be a very good brand for you due to your narrow root. 28D might work well on you (I think). I might also try 28DD (maybe it's your pictures, but the bra doesn't look that big, especially if you're beginning to find bras in the correct size; you might experience breast tissue remigration and your breasts might "grow").

helpfulI also think that this actually looks like a good shape on you. The band stretches 20 cm more than your ribcage so it's most likely more than just a little too loose, even though it easily feels like that when you're new to the whole quest of the perfect bra. If the bra rides up at all in the back, please check this option in the fit for the bra.
Anyway, because the bra is so big in the back, that means that the cup will appear larger on this one than on a 28DD (the sister size) on you. In a 28DD the back will be tighter and then stretch the cups, which will take a way the little extra depth you have here.
So, either a 28DD or a 28D, depending on how much difference the tighter band will do on you is my suggestion.

helpfulI think you should try a 28DD. The wire placement is good, so you wouldn't want to go down a cup size.
