  From your measurements Id say you need a 30 band in a showgirl range. So 30GG would be my pick, but I do like a snug band
  That would solve wires on breast tissue problem, however, might make the sternum thing worse. If you can't get used to a higher gore, you should probably go for plunges

  The wires are sitting on your breast tissue at the sides instead of sitting behind the tissue. So the cup is definitely too small. You could try a 32G

  The fit looks good. What I am not sure about is the wire width. Could you check where your breasts end? Try to feel for tissue through your skin. The wires shouldn't sit on tissue, if they do go for a 32FF or 32G as Gervaise suggested.

  Ideally the wires should sit in the crease right next to the end of the breasts, this way you get a push-up effect from the wires.

  that band is way too huge for you, way too. 30G or 30GG would probably be closer.
