I wore poorly-fitting bras for over 13 years. I got my first properly fitting bra in the spring ... of 2013 and it changed my life. My shape is particularly hard to fit and I rely on Polish brands for most of my support needs. My best fit varies, but my most frequently worn sizes are 30G/30GG/32FF/32G.

Shape characteristics:
- narrow root; cups less that 5.5" wide are ideal
- short root; tall cups often gape near the straps
- I'm rather close to even fullness, but with a short root my biggest issues come from being FOB
- very projected shape
- high set; tall wings are dreadfully irritating
- firm/dense/stubborn tissue; my boobs fight the shape of any bra that doesn't closely match the natural shape of my boobs

My favorite bras are Ewa Michalak PL and CHP styles. I get the best tack from the gore of the plunges, but I love the shape and look of the vertically seamed halfcups. I love Comexim also, but need custom alterations for a good fit. I've recently discovered that Figleave's Just Peachy line suits me rather well; Sadie, Trellis, Isla and the non-padded lace balconette all fit great. I can wear non-padded Cleos and Freya's Arabella cut, but they always feel a little off. I love Masquerade's aesthetic and have a few of their bras that are wearable (Delphi, Orla, Georgiana, Antoinette) but they tend to be too shallow and border on too wide. I'm always looking to try new styles, but I rarely have any luck finding a good fit.
