Brand new but was delivered in a banged up package from Figleaves and the label got some water damage.
I washed the bra before I tried it on as my whole package was wet when it was delivered (thanks USPS!). Cups are just too big for me and I missed the return window.

Bought this by mistake, meant to purchase the Helena balcony. Whoops.
This bra would probably be great for longer more pendulous breasts as the cups are very deep.
Comfy band, gives great coverage but not for me.
