likesThis review is intended to be a comparison of regular vs narrow width wires of the Bravissimo Jenna in the same size. To compare the measurements of the regular to the narrow wired bras, please disregard the measurement table above and instead navigate to the 40L Jenna and click on the "2 measurements - 2 bras" link which is located below the standard measurements table.
The wires are both 18 inches long so logically, either the narrow wired Jenna gore will be taller, the sides will be taller or both. The measurements comparison shows the regular wire to be 9.3 inches and the narrow wire to be 7.5, a 1.8 inch difference in width. It also shows the gore in the narrow wired bra to be 0.5 inch taller and the sides to be 0.25 taller.
On my first wear, I was shocked and disappointed at what I saw - my front profile seemed to be identical on both bras. I decided to downplay what I was seeing as it did not make sense given how the narrow wired Jenna was close to 3 inches narrower from side to side. Thankfully, after a few wears the pink has stretched out a tiny bit, enough for me to notice the slimmer look I was getting. Hopefully the pink will stretch out even more.
A fellow bratabaser asked if I had any neck pain from either of these bras and I am happy to report that I have not experienced any. The straps are inside my shoulder blades and that may be enough to minimize any strain it may have on my neck. I will certainly keep an eye on it for sure.
To be continued...

Up until a few days ago, I had not worn either Jenna on consecutive days. After wearing the pink one day, my red the next days and back to the pink on the third, I can report some discomfort in the neck area which is likely due to the strap design. It was more than noticeable but not enough to be extremely uncomfortable.. I will try this again this week for more than 3 days to see if the discomfort comes back or worsens.

I repeated this "experiment" with similar results, not painful, not too uncomfortable. Lesson learned - avoid wearing the Jenna's for more than 2 consecutive days and the same with regular shoulder strap bras.
