Interesting. I decided to compare Elomi Charley to a much lesser known "UK brand" (well, it's sold in the UK)called @Gemm, and the funny thing is: the Gemm bra's actually a better quality (see pics) The Lingerie Addict told me not to believe everything I read on the internet. For sure! there are lots of shills.
Upon inspection, my impression of Elomi is "planned obsolescence," I would not pay $62 usd for this bra (I paid $18 at a website in the U.S. with deep discounts, they ship to Canada as well), you can get better for your money.

Interesting! I just throught the same when I compared my Elomi Matilda to the Luvlette bra I wear now heavily.
While I still think Matilda is a good bra it's way too expensive for what it is!
The band is flimsy and stretchy, the whole bra is made of the thinnest cheap feeling mesh! My 32GG Matilda band also measured 34 inch stretched when I got it. I always wanted 30 bands in it because that band was so stretchy.
I have to say though that I wore my 32JJs a lot and no wire popped and they look decent still but I had a rather big bra rotation.

  • alisa Interesting! I have a 32GG UK Elomi Matilda to try on at my home away from home (aka, my mother's house); I'll have to report back to you!

I don't think it's gonna stand up to some of my favorite brands though.
