Pros:
Provides a surprising amount of plunge for a bralette even for shallow wide set shape
Moderate padding helps to reduce pointed appearance
Snug and secure feeling band
Cute details like wide lace straps
Cons:
Awkward to put on or take off - no fastening so pulls over head
Band will probably stretch and wear out relatively quickly from pulling on and off
Lace is a little rough
