Didn't fit

My shape: close set, center full, full on bottom, average/narrow width roots, tall shallow roots, semi soft tissue.

Beautiful bra, but disappointed at how small this band is. Unstretched it is around 21.5" which is very very small for a 30' band. It’s similar to another bra I recently tried from Comexim (http://bra.pe/X3A0/ ). It doesn't stretch much beyond this, so I'd this bra is more suitable for a 26" band size. The band has a double layer of mesh I believe, and the inside portion feels like the fabric is very study, so maybe this is why it doesn’t stretch much.

The light pink fabric and leaf print on this bra are beautiful, it’s more of a cool toned pink and gray, and goes along well with the gray straps. The gore is slim and this bra gives off a great shape otherwise. It is not as round and in your face like the CHP/3HC cut they have, it is more natural, but still feels lifted. When I add an extender, the cup seems to fit, might be a tad big/tall on the outside, but honestly, I sometimes have trouble assessing how the bra "could fit" when they're super tight since it can distort the cup fit so much.

I’m hesitant to exchange this for another size, I might just end up returning it (this was already an exchange from my previous order). I guess I'm having some bad luck with Comexim bras this time!

We are the same shape and possibly even same size! I am between 65HH and 65H in Comexim and your shape description sounds very close to mine. I am a bit wider rather than narrow rooted though and I think I have average projection.

I own this Jasmine in one cup size up in the same band https://www.bratabase.com/bra/dn7oh/ and the band stretches up to 29 at least, comfortably. I also own the Adele at your size 65H https://www.bratabase.com/bra/dn7o8/ which is a similar fabric and cut and the band is VERY stretchy, stretches to at least 30. I'm perplexed that your band doesn't stretch much though. With Comexim being handmade, it's possible there are slight variations, but I'm very new to the brand!

  • Oh nice! I’m going to check outsource review of the Adele! I think it’s a beautiful bra! Comexim is always hit and miss for me in terms of the band sizing, the cups sizes seem to be more consistent in my experience. I like to order from Breakout Bras because they have good customer service for exchanges/returns, but the original Comexim website has a lot more styles to choose from.

If you’re FOB you might like the half cup style! It really sort of pushes you up and gives a nice round profile! ☺️ I just purchased a black one that I need to review and add measurements for, but the fit is wonderful on that one.

  • aogg Tagging you here because I forgot in my reply to your comment above!

  • braluv thanks for the tag! I love the Adele! It's my favorite Comexim so far, also because it's the best fit. I didn't think I would love the pattern/coloring so much until I tried it on. It's very fun and striking!

You're the 2nd person in recent week to tell me I should try the Comexim half cups! Incidentally I am in love with the Ewa CHPs, I just posted an adventure on this. They are a bit more immediately projected so I sized down for it.

I do have a custom Eris in 3HC coming from Poland so I'm looking forward to it! I'm the meantime I'm debating whether to get the unlined Onyks from Breakout Bras!

  • Oh btw braluv did you end up returning it? I have the 65HH and it's too big for me so I'm looking for the 65H.
