My underbust is 28-30" (depending on tightness of the tape) and the 32 band was a bit too roomy for me. I measured it as starting at 26" and off of my body I can stretch it to ~30" but it seems like it's actually stretchier than that. My bust measures about 35" standing and 36" leaning over.

I don't usually have an issue with straps adjusting long/short enough but this model has really long straps! So this could work for you if you trouble with straps not adjusting long enough.

Inside the padded plunge is a cup with one vertical seam and one horizontal seam. The cup is kind of shallow but was still comfortable. It cut in on my bigger side, but the lace and general shape of the cup somehow managed to "hide" the cutting in. I'm debating trying it in a 30F/FF since I had to fully tighten the straps. Wires are pretty stiff - they don't bend with light pressure and would hold their shape if you bent them into a curve.
