I have narrow root, low set, FOT breasts, & this bra fits me perfectly. There is enough room at the top of the cup for my breasts but i also fill out the bottom of the cup with no wrinkling (a problem i usually have with underwire styles that have no band under the wires). It has 3 rows & columns of hooks (Yeay!). The straps and band are firm, but stretchy, comfy & stay in place. (All non-racer straps fall off my shoulders bc i have to buy demi styles and my shoulders are more narrow than bra makers think a 34DDD should be.) The wires are wide enough to contain all breast tissue. I think it is very pretty, &gives a rounded shape under clothes. According to another site, it has 1/8" padding, but that can't be correct; it seems more like 1.5-2 mm to me. The only problem i might have is that the cups might be a little too high under my armpit, but i love the bra so much that, if it becomes uncomfortable, i will have it altered in that spot. In my opinion, it is true to size in the band and the cups. (I wear a 34E in most Freya and Parfait.)
